Addresses and phone numbers returned are not for the actual branch

Problem

In some cases, the address returned by Bank Wizard is not the branch address.

Cause

Some of the banks use centralised Customer Service Centres (CSC) or Operation Service Centres (OSC) for all correspondence. These are the addresses the banks publish and therefore are the addresses returned by Bank Wizard.

Resolution

None required - you should use the correspondance address provided by Bank Wizard.
