Bank Wizard cannot modulus check eight digit Coventry Building Society accounts. Therefore when you enter one of these accounts the warning "Unable to perform modulus checking" is returned. (For Bank Wizard 3, the warning is 2 - Unavailable modulus).
To apply validation, the modulus rule for Coventry Building Society accounts requires a nine-digit account number.
Note: This modulus rule is not available in versions of Bank Wizard before 2.3.
Make sure you are using a current (2.3 or higher) version of Bank Wizard, and obtain the full nine-digit account number from the customer if you want to modulus check the details.
