Bacs rejects submissions if you submit a multi-file submission where you have signed the payment files but your client has not given permission for you to sign payment files on their behalf.
If the client has not given permission for you to sign individual payment files, only sign the overall submission file.
Bacstel-IP users can indicate that the bureau can sign on their behalf by completing the relevant section of the Indirect Submitters Migration Application form.
