If you specify that you want to download previously accessed reports, Experian Payments Gateway downloads all reports, including those flagged by Bacs as previously accessed. The only reports that Experian Payments Gateway does not download are any reports still available in Experian Payments Gateway, that is the reports visible on the Reports view.
Any reports that have been archived are no longer stored in the Experian Payments Gateway database, so are therefore downloaded if they are still available at Bacs. (Reports remain available on the Bacs service for up to 34 days.)
To prevent the re-downloading of reports set archiving such that it archives reports that are older than the time the report is kept at Bacs, that is older than 34 days.
