The site, which is available in French, German, Italian, Spanish and English, is designed to serve as an industry portal for all organisations interested in the validation of electronic payment data including banks, BACS’ Originators, clearing houses and billers.
Callum Johnston, Managing Director at Eiger Systems, explains that the company’s new web site reflects the diverse needs of the multiple audiences that the company serves:

In addition to the launch of the multi-lingual site, the existing UK site has been enhanced in a number of ways, including dedicated sections for Eiger System’s partner banks that include an online lead logging facility. This will help improve the quality of data validation services they are able to provide to their own customers. Customers can log support calls online, benefit from a simplified log-on procedure and answer many common queries through a new and detailed knowledge base. The site also allows billers to register their interest in joining Eiger Systems’ BILLER WIZARD database.
